LS Housing Solutions
Comfortable, professionally managed shared and transitional housing for adults looking for greater stability, independence, and a place to call home.
LIVING WITH LSHS
LSHS homes are thoughtfully furnished, professionally managed, and designed to make shared living feel comfortable, respectful, and welcoming.

RESIDENT PREFERRED LIVING
Shared living works best when the home feels like a good fit — not only for your housing needs, but for how you live.
Our intake process gives us an opportunity to learn more about each prospective resident, including housing preferences, daily routines, lifestyle, communication style, expectations for shared living, and the type of home environment where they may feel most comfortable.
The Resident Community Living Assessment (RCLA)™ is one of the tools we use to better understand each prospective resident’s preferences, routines, and expectations for shared living. These insights help us consider community-living compatibility and the type of home environment that may be the best fit when exploring a potential housing match.
The goal isn’t simply to fill a room. It’s to explore whether the home and the people sharing it may be a good fit.

Resident Wellness
Stable housing creates room to focus on more. Through resident wellness, resource coordination, and supportive services, residents can access additional support designed to encourage stability, independence, and progress toward personal goals.
Every resident doesn't need the same level of support.
For residents who may benefit from additional support, LS Housing Solutions can connect the resident experience with a more individualized level of wellness and supportive services through I Care Ross (ICR)™.
Individualized Support

I Care Ross (ICR)™ provides an additional layer of individualized support for residents who may benefit from more assistance with everyday wellness, coordination, personal goals, and greater independence.
Support should empower independence — not replace it.
Services may vary based on individual needs, eligibility, service arrangements, referral relationships, and available funding.
